Grant has more than 25 years' experience advising on catastrophic and major claims in the areas of CTP and general liability, which often involve complex liability, medical, causation and quantum issues. He is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

Grant is the section leader of the Statutory Insurance NSW/ACT team, our largest insurance practice, across two states and three offices. His team acts for well-known insurers and self-insurers in the defence of workers' compensation, work injury damages, motor accident and public liability claims.

Grant is listed as a recommended Compulsory Third Party & Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance Lawyer in NSW and as a recommended Workers Compensation Lawyer in NSW in Doyle's Guide to the Australian Legal Profession 2019-2022. He is also a recommended insurance lawyer in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2020. 

Experience

  • Advising on applications for judicial review in respect of the decision of CARS and MAS.
  • Grant has worked with insurers to manage large claims that often involve the potential liability of landlords, vehicle repairers, road authorities and other public authorities.
