Anastasia’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation management and administrative law. Anastasia focuses on achieving quality outcomes for her clients in workers' compensation matters, including statutory benefits and common law claims under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013 (Vic) and its predecessor legislation.
Anastasia has acted for WorkSafe Victoria for a number of years. She previously gained invaluable insight into the insurance industry through her employment with the TAC and Allianz.
