- preparing pro forma enterprise agreements to be rolled out by a national franchise to its franchisees;
- acting in the Federal Magistrates' Court proceeding defending a claim of bullying under the Federal discrimination legislation and a breach of the implied duty to act in good faith to an employee;
- successfully defended an unfair dismissal claim brought by an ex-employee who was dismissed for bullying;
- advising on and preparing letters of offer and enterprise agreements for a national retailer;
- acting for an employer when defending a claim brought by an employee for misleading and deceptive representations under the Competition and Consumer Act; and
