John has acted for WorkSafe Victoria and its predecessors since the introduction of the Accident Compensation Act. He has worked as senior legal counsel at TAC Law and when TAC Law was added to WorkSafe’s legal panel, John was appointed senior legal counsel manager and headed TAC Law’s WorkCover Division.
John has also worked as the National Manager, Dispute Management at Allianz Australia Insurance, where he managed the litigation and legal panels of three CTP schemes and two workers’ compensation schemes.
With John’s claims and scheme experience, he has introduced a litigation management model to drive quality outcomes for WorkSafe agents and employers.
