Current Practice

Graydon's practice includes:

Experience

Graydon acts on behalf of a number of national and overseas clients on large and complex commercial litigation matters and advises on all aspects of dispute resolution. He provides advice to clients in the private and public sector.  Graydon has a strategic and commercial focus and, where appropriate, explores alternative dispute resolution procedures to resolve issues in accordance with his clients' objectives. 

Graydon represents clients in mediations, arbitrations and contested hearings in the Federal Court, State Supreme Courts, County Court and various tribunals. Clients appreciate Graydon's organised approach to planning and implementing tactics consistent with achieving their strategic objectives. This has resulted in a track record of resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation, providing effective and timely commercial outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

Graydon attained a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Law (Honours), graduating from the University of Sydney in 1991. He was admitted to practice in 1992, and was a partner in a large commercial firm in litigation for ten years prior to joining Hall & Wilcox in 2012. Graydon is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the National Product Liability Association.
