Felicity has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. She joined the firm in 2009 as a senior associate.

Felicity is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.

Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Felicity was employed by Minter Ellison for approximately 10 months first as a lawyer and then from 1 July 2008 as a senior associate in their WorkCover area. Felicity was also previously employed by the Victorian WorkCover Authority for approximately four years as in-house legal counsel in WorkCover litigation area and at TAC Law.
