Caroline has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (double major in Political Science and Criminology) from the University of Melbourne. She became a Senior Associate in 2009.

Caroline is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. 

Prior to joining Hall & Wilcox, Caroline was employed by Nowicki Carbone as a plaintiff lawyer in their WorkCover, Transport Accident and Public Liability areas. Caroline has also previously practiced in the areas of family law, commercial law and property litigation.
