Andrea has a Bachelor of Arts/Law (Hons) from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria. She joined the firm in 2010 as a senior associate. In 2011, she became a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law.

Andrea was previously employed by the Transport Accident Commission of Victoria as the Senior Legal Manager of the Victoria Common Law Legal Team. Andrea was initially admitted to practice in Tasmania and employed as a Litigation Associate by Hobart law firm, Murdoch Clarke. Following this, Andrea held various transport accident insurance and legal roles in the UK.
