Current Practice

Anastasia’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation management, focusing on achieving quality outcomes for her clients in worker’s compensation matters, including statutory benefits and common law claims under the Accident Compensation Act.

Experience

Anastasia has acted for WorkSafe Victoria and its predecessors for a number of years. She was previously employed at the TAC as an Impairment Officer and in its WorkCover Division for a number of years before moving to Allianz Australia in Sydney. Anastasia gained valuable management experience managing a large team of people and driving some significant improvements whilst at Allianz.

Qualifications

Anastasia has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and a Masters of Public and International Law from the University of Melbourne. She became a partner in 2008.

Anastasia is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
