Adrian has been involved in a broad selection of transactions, including:

• acting for Strategic Financial in a merger (cash plus options) with listed financial advisor group, Plan B;
• negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Franklyn Scholar in its capital raising and four-tranche acquisition of a series of RTOs;
• assisting the management buy-out team during the acquisition of the Natra industrial and commercial radiator business;
• acting for the vendor in the sale of Laura Ashley Australia;
• negotiating the terms of a master property management agreement between AXA Australia and DEXUS;
• advising ipac on a series of significant equity partner (business succession) transactions throughout Australia;
• acting for the purchaser of the Mogul Ski World travel agency business;
• preparing a share sale agreement (and related shareholders agreement) for an agricultural company involving negotiations between four owners on three continents;
• acting for the underwriter in the listing of a uranium mining venture; and
• acting for the vendor in the sale of a significant fitness business portfolio to Goodlife Health Clubs.
