Leading Melbourne law firm Hall & Wilcox has advised and acted for high profile Australian franchisor, Boost Juice Holdings Pty Ltd (Boost Juice) in respect of its successful opposition to an application by Boost Foods Pty Ltd to remove the trade mark 'BOOST FOOD' from the trade mark register for 'non use'.

Kristie Piniuta. The hearing was before the Delegate of IP Australia with the decision in favour of Boost Juice handed down on 23 September 2010.
