Values and Service Standards

Values

Hall & Wilcox's values are the principles and attitudes in our daily work. They are not aspirations in the things we will try to do, or would like to do. These are the basic minimum standards for everyone. They are simply "the way we do things around here".

Service Standards

We are committed to excellence in everything we do. We will provide high quality and commercially-focused legal advice and documentation relevant to your business and industry. Hall & Wilcox has an established set of service standards everyone in the firm must adhere to. Through these standards we are committed to:.

  • meeting or exceeding your reasonable expectations;
  • being easy to do business with and being motivated and enthusiastic about what we do;  
  • communicating effectively with you; 
  • working with you to achieve your objectives; 
  • being reliable and responsive - we do what we say we will do; 
  • being cost conscious and communicating clearly on fees and in bills; 
  • working as a team and ensuring you have the right people working on your matter; and 
  • treating you and everyone else associated with the matter with respect and dignity, and acting ethically and with integrity.
