The trick is to handle the volume while focusing on the results. Quick results are nice, but 100% recoveries are even nicer. 

The solution is to match the operator with the claim. Our paralegals are heavily involved in smaller, routine recoveries at one end of the scale, and our partners run the large and complex recoveries at the other end.

We report progress regularly, but accept responsibility for taking the steps necessary to achieve the insurer’s aim.​​
