• acting for an internationally known family business based in Scotland in the acquisition of an Australian manufacturing facility; 
• providing transmission of business advice to a medical research centre with regard to transferring employees to other institutions;
• providing transfer of business advice to a university with regard to transferring employees to a university-owned entity;
• acting for an aged care residencies provider with regard to transfer transmission of business issues relating to the outsourcing of a cleaning business;
• advising on the employment aspects of a number of commercial transactions including Personal Performance UK Ltd (PPC Worldwide) on the acquisition of OSA Group and Canon Australia on its agreement with CSG Communications Pty Ltd for its multi-function device dealership; and
• advising Boost Juice founders, Jeff and Janine Allis, on the employment aspects of the sale of a majority stake in Boost Investment Group to US-based private equity firm Riverside.
