ExperienceExamples of our team’s experience include:
- acting for a retail chain with approximately 50 stores in drafting and rolling out collective agreement to all staff;
- drafting, advising on and assisting with the implementation of over 185 collective/enterprise agreements for financial franchises of a major bank, including providing strategic advice on the client’s negotiations with the Finance Sector Union (FSU) and appearing on behalf of the client in Fair Work Australia;
- drafting and advising on an enterprise agreement for a national fast food retailer;
- reviewing and advising on an enterprise agreement for a regional water authority, including providing strategic advice on the client’s negotiations with the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (APESMA) and the Australian Services Union (ASU);
- drafting and advising on numerous collective/enterprise agreements for an aged care services provider, including providing strategic advice on the client’s negotiations with all relevant nursing and health-related unions;
- drafting and advising on an enterprise agreement for clients in the transport, horticulture, education and research industries; and
